Content Review

From $800per unit

Curriculum & Content Development

From $2,500

Scope and sequence design, curriculum writing, or educator guide development built to your standards, your product specs, and your learners. Grounded in 10+ years of K–6 practice.

What is included

Discovery call to understand your product, audience, and instructional goals
Standards mapping and alignment across the target grade band
Full scope and sequence, curriculum content, or educator-facing materials including teacher guides, implementation notes, or pacing guides
Literacy-specific expertise applied throughout, including Science of Reading alignment where relevant
Vertical alignment review so skills build meaningfully across grades
Two rounds of revision included
Final delivery in your preferred format

Scope and timeline determined at project start, typically 14–21 business days depending on scope. 50% deposit at signing, balance at delivery.

Curriculum Advisory

$1,500 / moretainer

A standing relationship for publishers and EdTech companies that want dedicated curriculum and literacy expertise throughout a product development cycle or launch season.

What is included

Up to 6 hours of consulting time per month (review, feedback, calls, written notes)
Priority turnaround on review requests, within 48 business hours
Monthly strategy or check-in call
Practitioner review of any new materials, teacher guides, or marketing copy as needed
Email access for questions between scheduled calls

Commitment & payment

Minimum 3-month commitment. Billed monthly. Unused hours do not roll over. Cancel with 30 days notice after initial term.

Curriculum Audit

Reading Scope & Sequence

From $2,500

Grounded in over a decade of K–6 classroom and district-level work, this is literacy scope and sequence design by someone who has done it, and who understands what implementation requires of teachers.

What is included

Discovery call with curriculum lead to understand your current programs, gaps, and goals
Full K–2 reading scope and sequence aligned to your state standards
Skill progression maps for phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
Pacing guide with flexible implementation notes for differentiated classrooms
Teacher-facing rationale so staff understand the why behind the sequence
Two rounds of revision with your curriculum team included

Add-on available

Professional development session for your teaching staff on implementing the new scope and sequence: $400 for a 90-minute session (virtual or in-person within driving distance).

Instructional Advisory

Ongoing curriculum and instructional support for schools navigating adoption, alignment, or program improvement throughout the school year.

What is included

Up to 6 hours per month of consulting (reviews, written feedback, calls)
Monthly check-in call with your curriculum lead or administrative team
Review of new instructional materials, assessments, or teacher resources as needed
Data review support, help interpreting assessment results and identifying instructional patterns

Discovery Consult

$150per session

A focused conversation to establish where your child is, what is working, what is not, and which direction makes sense for your family.

What is included

60-minute video or phone call (your choice)
Pre-call questionnaire so we use our time well
Conversation about your child's current skills, learning style, and any concerns
Curriculum and resource recommendations tailored to your child and your approach
A brief written summary of recommendations sent after the call
Good for one child, additional children in the same family: $50 each

This is a great starting point if you are new to homeschooling, switching curricula, or just want a second opinion from someone who has taught these grades.

Learning Plan

$350per child

A personalized, written learning plan for your child based on where they are, not just what grade they are supposed to be in. Built around your family's schedule and goals.

What is included

Pre-call skills inventory (short activities I send you to do with your child beforehand)
60-minute call to review findings and discuss your goals, schedule, and learning preferences
Written learning plan covering Reading, Math, and one additional subject of your choice
Curriculum recommendations with specific titles, why I chose them, and where to find them
A simple weekly schedule template built around your actual availability
Reading intervention notes if needed, based on your child's skill profile
One follow-up email within 30 days if you have questions as you get started

Good to know

Additional children in the same family are $200 each when planned together. Plans are delivered within 5 business days of your call.

Year-Round Support

$149 / mo

For families who want consistent curriculum support throughout the year: someone to check in with, troubleshoot alongside, and adjust course with as the year unfolds.

What is included

One 30-minute monthly check-in call per child (up to 2 children)
Email support between calls for quick questions, response within 2 business days
Curriculum adjustment guidance as your child progresses or struggles
Reading progress check-ins and intervention support as needed
Resource recommendations throughout the year as new needs come up

Commitment & payment

Month-to-month, no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice. Additional children beyond two: $40/mo each.

Hourly consulting

As-needed sessions

Need a focused hour to think through a curriculum question, review a document, or talk through a specific challenge? Available to all clients and new inquiries.

Payment

Project work: 50% deposit to begin, balance at delivery. Single sessions paid in full to book.

Revisions

Two rounds included in all project packages. Additional rounds at $75 each.

Project timelines begin when deposit and all necessary materials are received.

Cancellations

Session cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Project deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

Scope changes

Additions beyond agreed scope are quoted before any additional work begins.
